Excellent service department. Showed up around 5:45PM with a tail light out. With the technicians gone for the evening, the service writer took the time to change the bulb out herself...at no cost to me! Truly appreciated and always nice when someone goes above and beyond.

Brian Mcnamee is a great service consultant. All i needed was the express oil change and a light bulb. He sat down and walked me thru the action plan on my car and the inspection. Great customer service!

My daughter was buying her "first" car and Geoff was phenomenal in walking her through the process. He was personable, direct and honest about every angle. I was very impressed with him from the first handshake to the last. She was delighted to drive off the lot with her Jetta. I suspect I will be back to purchase one myself next year.
If you need an honest, helpful and genuine salesperson, go talk to Sami Nutt. Sami helped to walk me through my lease turn in process, which was a few weeks, in my case. (Inspection, etc.) What's even more impressive, is that Sami knew I already had my next vehicle, so clearly, making a sale was not the impetus behind her helpfulness. Additionally, all of the people at the dealership I had interaction with went above and beyond to provide great customer service.
