This is a completely dishonest organization. I had a handshake agreement with their sales manager to buy a Honda Pilot off their lot after it came back from inspection. While the car was being inspected, they admittedly sold it after I left to someone else knowing it needed over $1,500 of work to make it safe. They did not complete this work. maintenance told us when to come get our car, then they left for the day and no one else had access to keys and they didn't call in anyone. just turned us away. Then, hooking up the diagnostic caused a short or fuse issue that knocked out some dash lights and their initial response was to deny responsibility even though we noticed on the drive home. All around poor service. Treated like an inconvenience, not a customer. Find somewhere else for your vehicle needs.
The salesmen Alex to be specific and his general manager are the epitome of dirtbag salesmen. Don’t ever go here, they will lie and trick you just to sell you a car. They don’t give two shits about you.
I have had nothing but the best experience! I went in in December just looking at cars for the future and walked out with my dream Beetle thanks to Glenn! To top it off Mike Bragg, the manager, went above and beyond ensuring my car was ready for me and picture perfect. Anytime I have had questions or a concern both Glenn and Mike have been amazing. I would recommend this dealership over and over again!
