This is exactly the kind of service you hope for when you contact a plumber who has not been personally recommended to you. I'm so grateful to both Google Maps and Tom for existing! We usually use a reliable but expensive company from Felixstowe, but were quoted a minimum of £70 for the non-running tap we had. I anticipated we could get this done cheaper, so found Tom online. On 2 occasions we have had to contact Tom for relatively minor, but annoying, problems. He has responded immediately and within 2-3 days has called and rectified the problems. He is always cheerful, polite and his workmanship is of the highest quality. He always cleans up thoroughly when he is finished I would highly recommend him

When building our conservatory we needed our drainage from the kitchen relocated. We rang Tom and he was more than happy to help came up the same day. Very happy with his work and hes a lovely chap .
