Tom really saved the day for us this morning when our boiler went down. Very quick to respond and gave excellent advice. Guided us through how to fix the issue. Even though he had a busy schedule and not a regular customer he went out of his way to help. Thanks to Tom we have heating and water. Cannot thank him enough. Friendly and helpful. We will be using his services in future.
Tom was great to work with. When I lost both heating and hot water, Tom found time to visit the same day and diagnose the issue, while walking me through the process so I could understand it. He then fully explained what work was required and followed up with a competitive quote. Definitely an engineer that I would be happy to recommend to anyone
