It was nice to meet Dr. Laster and to have concerns regarding my teeth explained.
The new numbing gell is not as good as prior gell! It took longer to get numb and it lasted over an hour and half!! I know it supposed to save time in application but as a patient perspective, it sucked! Thank You

Your procedures regarding the Proposed Treatment Plan are a bit off-putting. I was asked to sign my name electronically, without being given an opportunity to read or even see what I was signing. In fact, if I hadn't pressed the issue, I wouldn't have even gotten a verbal explanation of what I was signing. You need to present patients with a hardcopy to sign, or at least a clear and concise verbal explanation.
I always enjoy everyone in the office. They are always very friendly and helpful. The young lady who cleaned my teeth did a great job and took the time to make me feel comfortable.
I have been a patient at your office for over 25 years, and have always been happy with the service and the people providing it. My most recent hygenist could not have been more pleasant or professionl.
Everyone was cheerful and positive and I always enjoy coming in for an appointment. Thanks to Dr. Laster for taking the time to see a sample of Maddy's senior photos, with her confident smile (due to his careful work on her front tooth).
