Megan was quite welcoming and helpful. Dr. Laster was very welcoming, professional, caring and thorough. I appreciate the staff photos in the waiting area, which also provide a positive personal touch. The bird bath and feeder outside the treatment room provide opportunity for attracting birds.
Dr. Laster explains everything and works quickly. Very happy!
I felt a rapport almost immediately. Dr. Laster's chair side manner is great! He is engaging and very pleasant. I left feeling mixed emotions and physical pain. I asked about it and was told to take ibuprophen for the pain. Perhaps I didn't convey well enough the pain I was experiencing. When I arrived home I bit down and the pain was as bad as it had been when I made the emergency appointment. I appreciate the Dr. for getting me in between his scheduled appointments. Stephanie was great. Next time I have a check up I will request her if she's available. Dr. Laster has to be the most upbeat individual on the planet. And very good at explaining everything that is going on with my teeth. Very happy to have him as my dentist and my family's dentist!
I've never met a Dentist so enthusiastic about his job. It was refreshing. I greatly appreciated all the information provided. Best experience I've ever had at the Dentist!
When finished, the hygienist didn't give me much info about my cleaning (was there more plaque, any places I should brush better, what do I miss, any bleeding). Her "hand" is light. She did not clean towards the area between my teeth at all (tools now easily get in there). After cleaning, my Teeth seem clean, but I really feel I have had better cleanings. As always, the staff was professional and pleasant. My dental health has improved under their care and advice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Another great visit! Friendly and informed staff and personnel, and no pain despite having two cavities filled. I've recommended Dr. Laster to many people now and will continue to do so.
