I had a great first visit. My experience was informative and I feel like I understand my situation much better.
I am not sure how you could improve the experience. This is, without a doubt, the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff is well trained, professional and attentive. They always go above and beyond to make sure things are OK, and this time, due to a delay (which is the only delay I can recall in three years) I was gifted with a starbucks card because I had to wait 7 minutes to start the appointment.
Nothing comes to mind. We have always enjoyed the warmth and professionalism of Dr. Bugni's office and expect this will continue.

The dental hygenist did an excellent job of being thorough but not rough. I did not leave with my jaw aching.
The ladies at the front counter were great as always, and Jessica left my teeth feeling sparkling and fresh...not an easy task might I add.
Dr Bugni is "old school" both in customer care and treatment breadth of expertise. I trust Dr Laster will bring "old school" customer care values along with his state-of-the-art treatment capability. That's what will keep me coming back and referring others to him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bugni for 17 years and look forward to many years with Dr. Laster. My son really likes Dr. Laster.
