Horrible experience. Jordan, the so called sales manager was awful. Didn't follow up and didn't have time to look for my credit approval. Said was to busy. WOW... WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!
Love this dealership. Bought my new Impala from them back in 2010, and it is still running GREAT with 206000 on it. We did not buy this vehicle, but purchased another one from this dealership. Salesmen Jeremy is terrific to work with.

Reached out to this dealer for information and some more photos of a truck I was very interested in. Got automated messages basically with absolutely none of the info I requested. The salesman "Tyler"sent me a 3rd email with other trucks they have, that I might be interested in, which I didn't request. Once again I responded with thanks but I wanted the info on the truck I liked. I am out of state and wanted more than 3 pictures before I would drive 500 miles to purchase. The whole idea of going in to buy a car can be very intimidating and exhausting. Thanks to the Tom Kelley experience, it was actually enjoyable. Big thanks to Jeremy who was very knowledgeable, and quick to get the deal done, and thanks to Dave for his humorous financial abilities, I was in and out within an hour. I traveled 2.5 hours to get there, and did not have anyone to help drive vehicle home, it was delivered to me the same day! Great service! Customer for life now!
Their response to my intial email, and later emails were very quick. As for my experience at the dealership, in my opinion, they came across as very helpful but not over bearing like so many dealerships. While they weren't able to get us into the vehicle we were interested in, the experience was pleasurable and I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to shop at Kelley.
