Prompt and courtesy response..
They were very responsive to my inquiry including a creative video showing vehicle features. I placed a $500 deposit on Friday 2/15/19 and then informed them Monday 2/18 I had to cancel the purchase and have been unable to get deposit returned. The vehicle sold shorty after I cancelled purchase so don’t think I prevented them from selling.

The dealer was helpful and the buying process was pretty simple. Great selection of cars, great prices. We liked the car we bought. My only complaint was that the car pulled to the right when we test drove it and we pointed this out to the salesman. After we bought it we took it in and had alignment done and the mechanic said it was severely out of alignment. Overall we were happy with Tom Kelly and would recommend them to someone else.

Zack Refeld helped us out the best he could and anyway possible. We ended up purchasing the 2012 Acadia from them! I highly recommend this dealership!!!
