Emailed them about a truck and got a reply quickly. Made an appointment to look at the truck and was told to meet with a certain person. Get to the dealership and the person I was supposed to meet with wasn’t even there that day and they had sold the truck before I got there. Waste of a 45 minute drive.
Tyler was great and went above and beyond to get me information on the specific vehicle I was asking about. He sent me 2 video emails complete with shots of the truck, explainions of warrantie and figures. Being almost 3 hours away I wanted as much info upfront ahead of time before making a trip. After dealing with Tyler, I was sold on the truck. Tried to help with condition.
The customer service was quick and detailed. We were given a tour, beverages, and a interview over the car. We both got to test drive the car. They have very nice services. My sales rep was very charismatic. I enjoyed his people skills. Everyone else that introduced themselves were just as friendly. I would go back definitely.
