Had an appointment to look at a $16,000 suburban, drove from over TWO hours away, arrived at dealership, suburban was being sold to someone else. Apparently they have a communication issue within dealership and scheduled times half hour apart and no body in the dealership caught it. What a waste of time. Of course they were apologetic and “going to make it right.” So they offered us a $22,000 Escalade for $20,000. Really. Unreal. On to our TWO hour drive back home.
