They sold us a car with a cracked rim. We went back for them to make it right, that was a joke. Plus from what my wife said they were not very repectful to her. I was a loyal Shepherds Chevrolet customer and thought I would give Tom Kelley a shot. We will not be buying another vehicle from them. I will make a point to tell everyone I know about my experience with them.

RecommendedThe only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that the 3rd brake light was defective. LED. Part of it flickers, under braking. Thought that would have been detected in the 127 point check. And, repaired. Guess not. I only asked for $316.00 off of asking price.
