Was very impressed with how everything was handled! I originally came in with a Check engine light. Ended up costing a lot more than expected but still got a really great price for said part. Not even a month later the light came on again. When I returned with my vehicle they quickly set up an appointment and fixed everything same day without having the same charges from the original appointment! I was treated very respectfully as well which is refreshing!
I saw a truck online that I was interested in and with no hesitation David Greer drove out to the other dealership in Orange Park and drove the truck back to meet me so I can test drive it and make sure it was the right vehicle for me. You can’t beat the customer service and dedication to the customers like Tom Bush does. . I will never shop at another dealership
This is my 3rd purchase from Tom Bush and my first from VW. I absolutely enjoyed the experience! We had Kenny Loh as our salesman and from the moment I put in the inquiry to the moment we had the keys in our hands everything went smoothly. He was friendly and treated us like family.
