RecommendedMy husband and I would strongly recommend Tom Bush Volkswagen. Our VW Beetle needed a new battery. They ran a diagnostic to ensure it wasn’t the alternator and had our beetle available to us in about an hour. We didn’t even have an appointment. Exceptional, professional service. Kasim was awesome! 5 out of 5 star service!
Please beware. One of the worst service departments I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Would love to go into more details, but since there’s a class action suit being developed I will refrain.
Clean, spacious, and very efficient. I have enjoyed my car experience here as the Service Department looks out for my time and expense too.

Johnson was great. He walked me through the whole process. Never pressured me, didn’t show me anything that didn’t meet my standards or his. I had been searching for a car for months and have been to many dealerships. Tom Bush Volkswagen out did themselves with taking care of me and really impressed me. I would recommend anyone to go here and also ask for Johnson, he was so kind and knowledgeable about the cars.
I had to leave my car for a few days for repair. Mike was my service advisor and kept me updated. The evening I picked up my car, I was told that Mike left for the day and that I just missed him. Kasim and another service advisor contacted Mike and assisted me in getting my car back...washed and cleaned is an added free service...great team effort of the service advisor team....
Davis was really nice and helpful even when his office was ripped to shreds for renovations in the middle of showing us the cars. Haha. We went in looking at some Passat TDI’s and also looked at a Jetta GLI that was certified pre owned. We were able to make a good deal on a trade in and get into a nice car with a warranty and basic maintenance package at a good rate as well. We got the Jetta GLI for a bit more money but got way more car!
