Been coming to Tom Bush for years and have always been happy. No more, this last visit was extremely disappointing. Why? In late July I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Assuming that they replaced the tool to unlock the wheels. We found this out after we had a flat on I-75 outside Macon GA. Worst experience when it came to buying a truck. They were asking above market price. Drove 2 hours to come see it, had a lot of cosmetic damage not listed, two accidents not listed or mentioned until I read the carfax. When asked to come down on price the manager said he would rather whole sale it at that price before selling it to me.
Randall was wonderful at tom bush VW! The process of trading in my car and buying a new 2026 atlas was smooth and easy because of his expertise.
14SEP2025 now I discovered while doing my oil change that the tech at Tom Bush did not replace all the bolts that hold the plastic skid plate under the vehicle, this is UNACCEPTABLE, I would have been better off taking it to Tire Kingdom, I am a mechanic myself but this suv is under warranty, they may be smiling in your face and speaking professionally and keeping the inside of your car clean as they work but I don't trust them anymore with actually properly repairing and replacing everything as it should be, imagine this l... read more
