Very personable, welcoming, and accommodating. Buying a car from them was 100% enjoyable and they did everything to make sure I had all the information and resources for a smooth transaction. Victor was super nice and helpful. Update: 4 years into owning VW, the service and maintenance along with customer service is impeccable. I could not be happier with my entire customer experience with Tom Bush VW.
Originally I went over to Tom Bush Volkswagen to look at a Ford Bronco Sport. After test driving it with Victor I learned that it recalls from Ford and that they could not sell it. I respected the honesty and transparency from Victor, so a few days later I returned and to purchased another vehicle. Victor made the process quick, easy, and very enjoyable. Thank you Victor and Tom Bush for the purchase of my very first car!!
They helped when no one else did. Was able to get my son a reliable car with an amazing price victor was great at answering any questions we had as well. We will be back to get another when my other son has a license UPDATE: may 4th 2026 The car went into lock mode and no longer starts! Not even a full 2 months into having the vehicle and it doesn't run. Im paying for a lemon 🍋. Called the dealership and im waiting for them to call me.
