Every time I go to service my car, I always get the highest quote for regular maintenance which deters me from completing the more urgent needs in the first place. For example, I go to have the oil leak my car fixed and I’m informed that I need to change my timing belt too. I asked can we just fix the oil leak and the service representative tells me that we can only do all of the services together. Mike went out of his way to help us. they only had a black 2019 golf and I wanted anything but black color. mike got me a white on within 2 days.
