Steve Garcia and Lisa Garcia are my go to when I need a vehicle... this will be my third time! I had an accident on New Year’s Day and was not sure how I was going to get another vehicle in a timely manner... thanks to his recommendation to get gap insurance 3 years ago, I am able to quickly get another vehicle. I liked the overall experience but I may have been pushed into a higher interest rate than I should have gotten- based on my credit score as I thought it to be. Whenever Tom Bush has pulled my credit it’s always lower than what is posted by CreditKarma or similar site. Maybe CreditKarma (CK) is to blame for inflating credit scores. Not sure but everyone should think about that when they pull up scores through CK or similar sites. Just purchased a CPO 2012 Touareg after a month of searching for the right one. Davis was the first person I spoke with when a friend of mine was looking and purchased his 2011 Touareg from him. Enjoyed the experience Robert Russell had with him. After finding that there was no other Touareg that came close to the condition of this one for the price, decided to go ahead and purchase from Davis. I never had a more pleasant auto purchase experience. Thanks for making the experience easy and comfortable.
Davis Knabb is a very good sales associate. He is knowledgeable and understands the VW products. He spent a number of hours on various days with me allowing me to test drive a number of vehicles until I felt confident that the car we were considering would be the right match for my wife. Each of the team members that assisted us with our vehicle were very polite and appreciated our business. Steve dold me an Atlas which we love but the process end to end is the quickest I have EVER bought a car. No pressure, just relevant information which made for my best car buying experience. I recommend Tom Bush 110%!!!
Terrible service experience. Had a 8am appointment for oil change and tire rotation and it took 4 hours!
