Rubbish at sorting repairs out and can’t be bothered to turn up to there appointments on time
Unfortunate enough to work for this company. They don't care about tenants nor there properties. I have evidence of damp riddled death trap properties where someone has nearly died in there property. I strongly advised instructing a solicitor and claiming disrepair against together housing. The management team are all local and know each other so it is very hard to develop into the team. They won't pay you when you leave so beware of this company at all cost!! Be warned!!
Seen all the other reviews about how together housing deal with anti social behaviour and this is another one to add to the list. I’ve been dealing with my neighbour for harassment for over 18 months. Endless videos and written complaints have been made and nothing to come of it! Repairs service is terrible. Have lived in the same property for almost 20 years and it gets worse and worse. I am severely disabled and vulnerable and they have all this in their system but I am currently in Day 15 without hot water & keep being fobbed off despite it supposedly being considered an emergency repair job. It's disgusting service. Attitude of out of hours workers on phone are disgusting and they talk to you like something they have stepped in. Together housing deem a house full of mold damp and collapsing walls as suitable living conditions for a family with children, I'm literally begging for them to fix a massive hole in our wall that goes outside and they keep refusing to do so, and it's safe to say Together housing are joining the list of rouge landlords avoid them at all costs
