Not impressed at all I walked all the way to the surgery today only to be informed it was cancelled. And now have to wait another 2 weeks. Being disabled with difficulty walking this is no joke. Told I was sent a message but nothing received. I am very angry 🤬😡
The majority of the receptionists are friendly, helpful and polite, just a couple that completely let the team down E consult is easy to use even for the older person. GPs are all very nice, as is the physiotherapist. Most nurses are great apart from 1 exception!! ( Very unprofessional) Overall I'm happy with the service I receive
The changes from phone call appointments to online only is an absolute farce!.... not thinking of elderly or those unable afford internet again disregarded!! Its stupid and ridiculous all because of "covid" which is just a cold/flu if ANYONE looks up a dictionary before 2020! I'm appalled and disappointed with the current services May 2025....and then it got worse!!! 🤦♀️ Just tried to book a medication review for my daughter..."we don't accept appointments over the phone from 18th April go online" took forever to find the ... read more
