It took so long to go inside, and when they called us to go in he took forever to come. He did not bother to look at the skin. And didnt even bother to do anything but sitting on the chair and says the very least and did not explain anything. I had bad side effects bc of the things he gave me and after looking them up it turned out they are not good for dry skin and my skin is very dry and it made it so much worse. I'm canceling my upcoming appointment. I do NOT recommend.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. This is the worst doctor I have ever met in my entire life. Please notice that most of the negative reviews are from minority people. He is as privileged as he is disconnected from patient care. Reporting to managers and HR does not do anything. This doctor only sees patients as money. Do not go here if you actually have problems that need addressing.
He barely looked at the areas of concern, and rushed the visit. Basically was no help at all!
Mother had a procedure to remove skin tags, she received no numbing as he used scissors and fire to cut at her neck. Todd was also very rude, and clearly does not show empathy or kindness to patients. Horrible experience.
