I do not know Why State Farm has joined with *******. Switching to ******* has been a nightmare. A deer hit my car in December 2022. ****** is now "Investing" me for fruad. To start, they gave the appraiser the wrong address. The address where my car was towed is three hrs away from the correct address. So their argument was that there is no way anyone would tow my car 3 hrs away for $175. You are right! They made it easy to file a claim but don't honor their promises they make nor are they fair. I have a pending claim with them and was promised a similar or better car as a rental while I wait for my repair to be completed. They now want me to pay for the upgrade and want me in a sedan instead of a SUV altogether. wow! I drive a 2018 *** Yukon. That's very off from a sedan. I have a big family and need the extra seats. We had a total loss house fire on December 12 2022. IF you can get ahold of someone they promise a call back that does not happen. As of today 1-15-2023 still no plan of action on settling the claim. No one returns calls. Definitely crappy customer service.

I am in the midst of a claim currently. I was hit by an SUV going so fast that I was hurled into a parked car and now have a head injury, a neck sprain, and whiplash. State Farm has treated me like absolute crap. One of the first things my claims handler said was “You may be liable.” He never asked me what happened, never to a statement, didn’t ask about witness, didn’t ask the speed of the street, and still has not received the police report. I spoke to State Farm in August 2022 3about my bill being lower. He advise me to have the good driving app in my car. He said I will get a discount on January 23. However my bill went up. I called customer service and they said there was an rate increase of 19% that is way to high Please advice
Agreed upon an auto quote, then two months later the monthly bill went up by $100+. They say I didn't submit documents. (Documentation they never asked for -- how was I to know what they needed?!) Deceptive and shady. Do not trust State Farm quotes; they do not honor them after you are roped in to a policy.
On the Auto Insurance side, 1 star only because I couldn't proceed with no stars. My review is for State Farm, not the earnest, patient, and courteous service reps. State Farm's availability to the customer is well protected behind an automated attendant that can take 5 - 10 minutes to navigate, that repeatedly directs you to use the app, only to find out your gut was right and you can't get the answers you need or the person you need to talk to via the app. If you persist with the phone call and manage to get connected to t... read more
State Farm is not a good neighbor. They are absolutely the worst! After a recent hail storm that affected a 1 to 2 block radius around my house my home was devastated. I have asphalt coming off my roof when it rains, my plant collection was shredded, and my house looks like its been hit by bullets. State Farm denied my claim. To add insult to injury more than half (22 so far) of the surrounding homes-not covered by State Farm are currently in the process of having their roofs replaced and homes painted. Terrible company.
