Scammers. Their insured hit my vehicle from behind and they denied my claim.
If they had an option for no stars I would choose that one. How they have an A+ rating with their low reviews is a mystery. They must be spending a lot of money paying BBB for that rating than spend the money on claims people who actually want to work and help. The claims department is filled with people who hate their job and it shows. They need to be better and be there for their costumers when it comes to a claim. Thank you for the opportunity to reply to your correspondence dated January 5,2023. While we cannot share specific details in this public response, our Claims Department contacted the complainant on January 6, 2023, to address her concerns. We were unable to resolve this matter to the consumer's satisfaction, but will review and consider new information if presented.
Trouble customer service on 800 number they quoted me one price then they bait and switch
Do not use the towing claim. My insurance was not renewed due to 3 towing claims in 2 years and the driving records of 2 other people that used to live with me, one who had a coverage claim almost 4 years ago and one with a claim, 2 and a half years ago!
State Farm is horrible!!!! They are there every month to take my payment quickly . But when I file a claim on my weather damage roof to be replaced they are quick to deny me.
They charge me a lot, from 40 bucks a month to over 100 for no reason. I formally requested information about the facts. 1: State Farm had not responded. 2:The Agent Amanda Christiansen, had not responded. 3: I went to check my account, and now is blocked. I could not be more disappointed by my experience with State Farm. In October, one of their customers hit my car while it was parked, causing significant damage. All parties agreed he was at-fault and State Farm towed the car to a body shop for repairs. Fast forward to January and I still do not have my car due to a back-ordered part. I belong to State Farm in ******** with Phillip pool and all I can say is they are awesome I been with them for a minuet for the most part paid my bill on time with a couple hiccups here and there. Today I got home from work hands full of groceries and food from work. It's been 4 weeks since a State Farms customer hit my wife while driving through an intersection. State Farms has been impossible to deal with and tried to pass blame, even though the police showed the woman at fault. We have yet to receive as much as the towing charge back let alone a settlement of the accident. I have not been a fan of State Farms since the 70s.
