The best massage I have ever had! Luisa is using different massage techniques at one depending on your needs and it has helped me a lot with the heaviness that I was feeling in my back and overall muscles, especially after a long recovery post-surgery.
Luisa held the space in a way that felt really safe and steady. Nothing forced, calm and, grounded. Luisa checked in with me throughout, always gently and with care, which really helped me relax into it. I felt met, not managed. The massage itself was incredibly restorative; thoughtful, responsive, and held with real presence. I left feeling more settled in myself. Would absolutely recommend.
