Terrible Business Practices. Some of the rudest people in the industry from the people that answer the phones to the crap they have hired for local and regional managers. Take your car rental business somewhere else you will be glad you did.
First, if I could rate the location in Forest City worser. I would. Long story short. My 9 Month Pregnant fiance and I was sent to the location in Forest City for our rental pick up. I had hydroplaned on the hwy luckily by myself. Truck was damaged the most. Same day we go by borrowing a family friends car. I arrive and walk in. The guy behind the counter "JOSE" . Enterprise Forest City NC location, was there for me with zero notice. They have great, clean cars with the absolute best customer service. Everyone at Enterprise Forest City NC location put me first. They were there for me every time I needed them. I ended up need a rental for 4 months while my car was in the shop. They were there for me with the best selection of cars, and the absolute best customer service. I highly recommend Enterprise Forest City NC location. Do NOT use Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Forest City, NC. The reservation call center they use will reserve a vehicle for you without checking their inventory. Made the reservation today, July 12, 2025. Went in to pick it up. Lady informed me they have 8 vehicles and 16 reservations. I am sending Enterprise an invoice for my time. During a previous reservation, the car I reserved was filthy inside with dog slobber and dog hair all over the interior. I will not use this location again. If I could give them a negative star I would.
