I had made a reservation back in February for a 15 passenger van for my family vacation for June. My reservation was still in my app for today…4 months have passed since reservation was made. I go to pick up the vehicle and the guy there says there has been a recall on the vans and all the vans were sent to a camps in Asheville for rental. So I’m not sure which is true. Their system lets them overbook and they call 3 hours before your pick up time to say sorry there’s no cars Update: have now had 2 cars cancelled by this branch this time less than 24 hours before the reservation when I called there was no solution offered leaving me to call every branch within an hour of the house scrambling to find a replacement I called the 1-800 number and was told a area manager will get in touch still have not heard from them overall a terrible location and this was the last time I’ll schedule anything... read more
