My word enough can’t express how grateful I am by the helped of Viktoriya and Mr David towards my immigration case . Started well with a helpful trainee solicitor but she left and then David took over our case and has basically abandoned us. He has been entirely unhelpful and let us down badly. No support, no replies to emails or phonecalls, no explanation, no communication at all, no closure to our case. Will be reporting this firm to an ombudsman.
