Started well with a helpful trainee solicitor but she left and then David took over our case and has basically abandoned us. He has been entirely unhelpful and let us down badly. No support, no replies to emails or phonecalls, no explanation, no communication at all, no closure to our case. Will be reporting this firm to an ombudsman.
Very abrupt and not helpful at all. Telling me that we all have problems. He doesn't care that someone needs help ,who is at the end of their life. Learn to have compassion.if it was your family, maybe it would be different.disgusting
