Avoid, communication is terrible, taken so far 7 months for a small claim and all i have been told is that there are lots more people in front of me in the queue. Use other solicitors these are the worse i have come across, everything is done in slow motion they dont care.

These lot hold on to all the redress your owed and then liar they should be called tms illegal I've contacted the legal ombudsman and they still owe me £3656.79

Have a long ongoing case with TMSLegal like many here. After providing all requested bank statements etc. I was asked to verify my OTP for a credit check. Was told this is the final stage and is crucial to my case. Exactly what I was told when the bank statements were requested. However, upon opening the link I did not receive a 6 digit code to verify my OTP. I tried numerous times and they sent the same link 4 times and each time i never received a 6 digit code.
