Predatory practises. No notes or cohesion and are once again following up on a payment that is not required as they confirmed case closed over a year ago. The number they provide for calls never goes through and the emails are picked up by different people each time with no continuity or ownership. Avoid them at all costs!
Avoid, communication is terrible, taken so far 7 months for a small claim and all i have been told is that there are lots more people in front of me in the queue. Use other solicitors these are the worse i have come across, everything is done in slow motion they dont care.
These lot hold on to all the redress your owed and then liar they should be called tms illegal I've contacted the legal ombudsman and they still owe me £3656.79
