I prefer TMC. They have great providers and are great at putting my grandson at ease with whatever treatment is required.
Went for an echo test and the person who helped me was amazing. He was quick and gentle. The valet out front was the only one working but he was quick and very nice
I was born and raised in the Phoenix area. I graduated from nursing school in Phoenix. I have worked in Phoenix hospitals. I was a Phoenician. I moved down to Tucson recently. The people, the staff, the doctors are wonderful. I should have moved here 20yrs ago. Here at TMC, they treat you like family and not a number. If you want in and out service without the caring and compassion, go to Phoenix. My husband is still at TMC. He is getting the best support and care.
Waited 2 hours. No room. No one ahead of me. Watched the guy clean two rooms and no one went in them but still couldn't get me a room. ALL the girls at the front were taking up a storm about non work things and no one even acknowledged the fact that I was crying and waiting for 2 hours asking how long till I can please get a room. When I told them I will just leave and go to another hospital they laughed at me and said good bye have a good night. Extremely rude.
