Extremly Dehydrated went to the Children's ER around 9 at night, was seen right away and the Doctor and RN's were some of the nicest people I've ever met. The nurse who had to put in my IV took her time since she could not find a vein due to them being flat from dehydration. She didn't jab me and took her time and finally got it in. She gave me pointers, the doctor was very helpful and nice and this was my first hospital experience and I was very pleased with it.
Great Bedside manor. Very caring staff. Blows St Joseph's out of the water. Thank you TMC staff for trashing people like they matter.
The staff were very kind and efficient. My wait time at sign in less than 5 mins, appt started couple mins early. Everything was explained to me ahead of time. It was awesome, or at least as awesome as having go to a hospital could get.
I had a great time!! Looking forward to next year!!!! So many things for the kids to do LOVED IT
