....I sat in the ER for 10hrs, in excruciating pain, waiting to be seen by a Dr..... totally unacceptable...if they couldn't handle their workload, they should've just sent me to another ER.....they couldn't even give me something for the pain.....
TMC has provided expert care to my family on 2 separate occasions. It's comforting to know that my loved one was in such capable hands.
I'm totally appalled by the treatment and situation your hospital and staff has created in regards to Matt Lammers. As a fellow veteran and career Soldiers this situation, I can assure you, is reaching a very wide network of fellow veterans. All the facts that have been presented so far regarding the nursing staff in question needs to be under serious investigation. Violation of Mr. Lammer's right to free speech and the negligence of your staff is grounds for a major lawsuit.
I was never there to be honest. But when I heard that they were treating an amputee who is a veteran who served our country with honor. Lost three lambs because of it and then hospital security comes up and tells him we're gonna take your phone away. I now wonder what it's like for the Veteran/Patients who can't afford, or don't use cell phones!!! It takes just 1 of you employees, janitors, especially security, to speak up; JUST 1 SEMPER FIDELIS!!! OOH RAA!!!

It was the best experience from start to finish. They were focused on me and making me comfortable. I was in alot of pain and they made sure that pain was alleviated as soon as I arrived. Nothing but good at TMC. Thank you for such a pleasant visit during a very unpleasant time. And in a very timely manner .
I am writing in regard to the care of Matt Lammers in room 916, bed one. He is a veteran and a triple amputee. He was left without pain medication without anyone checking on him for over two hours. This is unacceptable!!! He did not have access to his wheelchair and his call light went unanswered. So he posted his plight on FaceBook to reach out to other veteran's and veteran advocates.
