My daughter had her baby here two years ago and the staff was great.. Now my other daughter had her baby here and what I saw was the worst.. The staff I can't even comment because I'm not that type of person to say bad things but it's really bad especially in the NICU where there are no rules posted about the times you may visit.. I use to love this hospital but after my last visit I'm never coming here again. No organized, staff lie when asked questions. Had to ask for my medication 3 times and wait 2.5 hours to get any relief. So disappointed this use to be a good hospital
The entire staff from the admissions people to the cleaning people were all very caring. My surgeon, Dr. Guftason was amazing!
In 20yrs of being chronically sick I have never received such horrible care. They deserve a -5 stars
The staff RN' s and PCT's were the best. Being a retired healthcare provider you look for little things that matter. Very compassionate especially Lila, Amanda, Ramona, Bernie, Katie and Daniel. I give them a 5 star. The 3 star is for housekeeping. I was there for 8 days very ill and my room was mopped 2 times. 8 of 10 time the t trash was emptied by nursing staff. Toilet cleaned once. The daily check sheet was near soap dispenser and on day 5 I place near mirror and that day the staff initialed it for future days. Hallways ... read more
The staff and doctors at TMC are wonderful. My mother is recovering wonderfully after heart surgery. The hospital experience was great. The staff both in ICU and post surgery were efficient and knowledgeable. They explain everything they were doing and why. All shifts of the nursing staff took wonderful care of our elder mother. The doctors working there in the cardiac area are amazing. Thank you TMC for the wonderful care and giving back many more years to our dear mother!!!! Cannot say enough good things regarding the professionalism, expertise and care recently provided to a close relative in heart surgery unit. The entire staff was thorough and helpful all through pre operation, operation and post operation. All of the staff (administration, doctors, nurses, rehab and support) kept our family fully informed of what to expect and patient status.
