Called Tom out for an EPC certificate to be compiled on my old house as I was selling up.Tom was polite and knowledgeable and arrived when he said he would but through no fault of his own he could not get access.Tom rearranged his own schedule and he arrived next day to complete survey which I found very professional.I received certificate next day and job done. Would highly recommend Tom's services!!

Local, professional and efficient service. After being let down by another firm Thomas responded quickly to my enquiry and committed to having the survey done in a few days. He turned up at the expected time to carry out the survey and as promised had the certification back to me a couple of days later. Great to have someone who does what they say when they say! Highly recommended.
Needed an updated EPC for a residential property in Glenrothes. Mr Marlow replied very quickly to my original enquiry, and took the time to talk me through the process thoroughly and answer any questions I had.
