Twice now different friends have had dealings with this company. If you're a landlord, it seems likely you'll be happy with their approach to business. He was very happy with their service. If you are a tenant who appreciates a professional approach to communications, an efficient manner when it comes to dealing with errors made and an accurate/truthful representation of events that occurred, it is worth checking a variety of reviews here. Where to begin with this unprofessional bunch of cowboys! 1 star is over rating them! I was going to use them to completely manage the property but learned very early on they were incompetent. They couldn’t get the basics right like my name, the quality of information on the tenants was totally inadequate. How your suppose to decide who is the best tenant for you based on the scant uninformative information provided I do not know.
