I have worked for TLC for over 10yrs now, an excellent place to work, I'm the OOH office co-ordinator, I deal with all the carers and clients, when the office is closed, I have a good rapport with both, I have a level head, to deal with emergencies, best job and best company to work for, here's to the next 10yrs!!
TLC is exactly its name Tender , Loving and Care. Management are very supportive, carers are very devoted and caring and service users are lovely .
