I have requested that TLC London LTD provides to me receipts to evidence service charges expenditure. TLC London LTD have provided receipt evidencing only a small fraction of the service charge expenditure which they claim that they have incurred and billed me for as a service charge expenditure.

I had a great experience with tlc. They were very helpful throughout the entire flat-hunting process. Thanks to their efforts, I found a lovely flat that suits my needs perfectly. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Very professional and respectful to their tenants. Michael helped me find the property — he is extremely gentle, careful, and helpful. He makes me feel like an important client, like a billionaire, but actually I’m just a student 🤣. The other colleagues I’ve been in touch with are nice as well. They do sometimes respond a bit slowly, but I think they’re just busy, not ignoring you. Things will eventually fall into place.

After several months my experience and opinion on TLC Letting Office has changed. There is no interest to do best job possible. Avoid!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend, who lived in a property managed by TLC Estate Agents in Earl's Court. Her experience was nothing short of terrible. Whenever there were problems in the house — which was often — the agency was completely unresponsive. They ignored calls, didn’t reply to emails, and she had to physically go to their office just to get anything done. The property was filthy when she moved in, yet they demanded she got professional cleaning when she moved out which cost her over £600. TLC show... read more
