Beautiful clean carpet! We have a cocker spaniel who leaves his footprints on the carpet despite our best attempts to wipe and wash his feet! Seb from TLC has restored our carpet to its original colour. Receiving a postcard a few days afterwards from the company was a really nice gesture.
We had our carpets cleaned by TLC on Tuesday and they carried out an excellent job. The team are professional and friendly and I would happily recommend them to any friends or family. I couldn’t be happier.
Having lived in several homes in three countries, we have had our share of carpet cleaning experiences. TLC was far the best of these . Aaron produced a quote while on site and Sebastian arrived on time. Both men were professional and pleasant and fully understood the pitfalls of overenthusiastic cleaning and product abuse. Excellent results thank you, and worthy of a rare 5 star rating.
I thought it was about time I did an update on TLC. My Company has recommended these guys for carpet cleaning for years as well as had the need to use them ourselves in emergencies in the Business. Phil and the whole team are just excellent and consistent. They are always courteous, smart and polite and get on with the job without any hassle. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them and we've never had any negative feedback from the many referrals we've given them.
