WHATS GONE WRONG AT TK? Had several staircases made by these with no major problems. However latest one was machined very poorly with incorrect slots so parts wouldn't fit. TK advised use to 'trim and bodge it' which we refused so they did send some new posts out. When you spend a lot of £ on a staircase it's not unreasonable to expect it to fit together on site. TK you've lost a customer - we'll be going elsewhere next time.

We recently moved into a Victorian house. Very precipitous stairs down into the bathroom. I did a google search and up popped TK. What a brilliant web site! Within seconds I was able to enter key dimensions and up popped a 3D image that I could rotate and edit. Options for materials too. And all at a very reasonable price. I ordered and the new stairs were delivered promptly and on time. No hanging around all day! What a first class company!
