Very honest, very trustworthy with his work
He's what I would like to call a rogue landlord. Allows his tenants to scam young families out of tenancies and refuses to pay the money back that's been stolen. I would not rent any of his properties as he doesn't care about tenants rights only his money. He will not take responsibility for his properties. He's allowing scamming people to live in his properties to gain from them.
