I approached a couple of main dealers to deal with a sidestep issue on my Carthago and they weren’t even interested in trying to help me. I found Tig as a member of the MCEA and he’s been brilliant. Turned out the step manufacturer had been taken over by another company and without any model numbers worked really hard at sourcing and installing the right step.
