Very thorough and knowledgeable. Felt like Theo was very attentive and gave me some great after care
Had a sports massage with Theo and it was brilliant! He made me feel really comfortable from the start and explained everything during the consultation. He checked in with me a lot throughout, which I really appreciated. The massage itself was great – I felt the difference straight away. Can’t wait for my next session! Would definitely recommend Theo.
Great knowledge of the back. Sport massage releaved some tension and pressure in my lower back just before my Holiday, which allowed me to walk a bit further than I usually would. Definitely recommend!
Had one sports rehab session with Theo, made me feel very comfortable and gave me lots of tips on how to recover my shin pain, very knowledgable and looking forward to following the plan he has put in place to get me fully recovered
