I had no experience boxing at all. You don't need it! TITLE boxing club in Clarksville has the best trainers/staff. They take the time to really show you step by step their combinations, proper techniques, and they make it FUN!!!
I absolutely love Title! I have tried so many fitness 'routines' and places but I could never stick to it (usually lack of interest and/or boredom). The workouts at Title are intense but fun at the same time! No room for boredom that's for sure! I love that the staff treats you like family and you're not just another face or 'payment'. They really care and make you feel comfortable no matter what your fitness level is. I definitely recommend Title Boxing to anyone and everyone!
I always get a good work out. The instructors are encouraging to all the students. All the frustration of the day is left on the bag. Everyone should try it at least once!
I went into Title for the first time today with a first class free. I am extremely introverted, but as soon as I walked in I felt like I was home. Everyone who works there is amazingly friendly and willing to help, and bonus--all of the other members are too! I was honestly skeptical with all of the positive reviews, but I have never had more fun in a workout. When I first went to Title, I was ready to make a life change and choose to fight for me and my health. I have struggled for some time with my weight and finding exercise that interested me enough to want to stick with it. I went into Title with an open mind to try something new and different.
