Nothing has made more of an impact on my motivation than one class at Title.
I decided to join Title when I decided it was time for me to take my life and my health back once and for all. I went in wanting to try a 7 day pass and once I was there and talking to Kris (the owner) and some of the trainers, I decided to forego the pass and make it a membership! Let's tell the truth. I was not sure I was going to like this try of environment. My husband was the one that wanted to "check it out" and I was very reluctant. I am that person who is over weight with alot of physical medical problems, but I went with my family to see what it was all about. The very first class, I didn't even realize 45 min had gone by. If I could give Title 10 stars I would. I'm not sure I can adequately express just how AMAZING this place is. This is this first gym I've joined where I will happily get up and go to the 515 am class or work 9 hours and go to the night class. This is the first gym that I've legitimately been upset if I didn't make it. This is the first gym that I've been a part of where I can say EVERYONE from the owners to the trainers, to the staff and members care about eachother, you and helping you reach your goals and be healthy.
