I’ve been going to title boxing for over a year now and lost over 25 unhealthy pounds. I feel good and look great. Some of my coworkers even say I look younger with the weight off. The trainers know what they are doing and will help you out on any techniques. There is no judgement. That’s one thing I do love about this place.
Great Workout and love all the trainers! Very energetic and encouraging. I always feel wonderful afterward. I would recommend anyone looking for a new type of workout to try TB. Fantastic core work and you don't even realize it.
I had a blast! Was immediately told not to be nervous and taken under someone’s wing! It was intense and fun, and I will be doing it as much as I can! They have tons of options, and the whole family can do something active together. The last thing said to me was, “welcome to the family!”
My daughters and I loved it!!!! We woke up sore but definitely worth it! My girls look forward to every class we can go to!
I don't know what it's is, if it's the trainers, the members, the energy, or atmosphere, but there is something about Title Boxing Club. The whole objective that the trainers really uphold and want everybody to remember "is that everyone here is a family and like a family we want to see you succeed in everything you do. We here to motivate everyone to strive to reach there goals. That is what makes us so different from gyms."
Nov. 13 was my first day and I absolutely loved every minute of it! The atmosphere and energy got Storm had me pumped can’t wait to go back!! I’ll see you guys Wednesday and I’m bring the bestie!
I love it!!! Always wanted to try something new, waking up early is a little hard but once you're in the class is worth it... The best part is that my daughter (10y/o) can come too (not at 5:15 am �). Also the trainers and staff are awesome..
