The people are very encouraging and help you. The workout really gets you moving.
This place is awesome and is geared for all levels, it helped me lose a bunch of weight and the trainers motivate you to do your best and they are all very knowledgeable and inspire you to do your best and they always have really cool stuff going on.
Sooooo this was my first time taking a boxing class EVER. Let me tell you my Trainer Nate was the best...he really motivated me to keep going and not give up. The most important thing you must remember is to bring your "will power" for your definitely going to need it. I left there feeling accomplished, powerful and uplifted. #AWomansWorth #SweatYourHeartOut
