Being Disabled,I was trying to figure out what my 11 yr.old daughter was interested in since my athletic ability has changed and I couldn't be of much help for her,she went to her free sit in and loved it, every body there is" Awesome" needless to say She's hooked,and Family they are!!

I have tried just about every workout class there is to try to lose weight. Many of them didn’t give me the intense workout that I had been looking for. My body was used to classes like Zumba from dancing in my childhood. I found out about Title from their hosting of the Mayweather and McGregor fight.
