Like many people I need to workout I'm over weight and out of shape. I've had memberships at other gyms, and I walk around alone looking at the equipment trying to figure out what to do, did I have success at those gyms? No I did not. And because of that it made it difficult to workout regularly. I just couldn't get into it. I started going to Title about a year ago because I had taken boxing classes before and was looking to start again. I live in Dover, so I tried a class to see if it would be worth the drive. Every class, every trainer, every punch has been worth every penny. I feel like family there and I get the best workout I've ever had!
It's everything my soul has been searching for, as far as routine working out. I find that I still try to make excuses not to go in the mornings, but I know I will feel so much better about myself and have a more positive outlook on the day. I have yet to not show up! I am a licensed massage therapist and energy is everything to me. These classes help me maintain the level of energy I need to perform satisfactory massages.
