Phil responded quickly to a squirrel eating pipes in my roof. found the entry point and fixed it and checked for any other activity. Much much better than other services, save yourself money and time and call him!!
Phil took the time to answer questions and concerns, and was timely in arriving and finishing the job. Would recommend him to anyone!
Phil is incredible - we have had a serious, ongoing problem with little visitors (the sewer kind) that left us and two other pest control companies stumped. I’m so glad that he was our third time lucky! Phil has worked with us multiple times over a number of months, and through process of elimination was able to identify the problem definitively and advise us on next steps in a way that was very practical and empathetic to how stressed out we have been. I would heartily recommend Phil to anyone!!
Titan was the third company we contacted the first two no reply , called Phil and within ten minutes he'd called back, I explained our situation with a rat/ rats in the flat roof ceiling Phil arranged a time to visit our house and he turned up spot on time , I was away working but he put the phone on loudspeaker and explained what was the best course of action, it was to install a rat flap in the drain , Phil gave us a link to one he recommended and where to install it ,this I thought was great as a lot of companies would in... read more
Contacted Titan as I had a problem with rodents. Phil was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and was able to provide a solution to solve the problem. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them again if I had any further problems.
