To say I am a fussy person is an understatement, and, my requirements were at times difficult! From my first contact by phone I have been offered a very professional and personal service. Nothing to much trouble, got back to me when they said they would and they were very accommodating with my many changes. I (eventually) chose carpets for three rooms which were fitted to a very high standard by their experienced/professional fitter. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Excellent products & customer service is exceptional
Robbie in the shop was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, knew what I required pointed out the best flooring for the kitchen and utility rooms, and not the most expensive I hasten to add ! Cameron the fitter again superb fitting worth everything and more cannot fault the customer care and service will definitely be using titan again thank you 😀
The team at Titan were very helpful and accommodating and guided me through what could have have been a very stressful process without their knowledge and assistance. Excellent customer service from Robbie and a wonderful selection of flooring to choose from. Thank you Titan!
