My wife used this shower to purchase a part for her bike. The item did not arrive and the owner treated her like crap. Threatened to ban her as a customer if she raised issue with Ebay. Basically wanted her to lose the £15 she paid for a part that never arrived. Tracking details proved the item was never delivered.
