I have lived around the corner LITERALLY(south Whitney street) for about 15 years and I’ve stopped in Tisane every morning (for said years) to get a tea for an elderly man I used to help. I dined in there once and never went back. Highly overrated.

Where's the dislike button? Shame on you guys...
I've been politely but firmly asked to leave 7 or 8 times by now for running my mouth about all sorts of things. Can't wait for the next one. Friendly staff, excellent service, nice patio, mediocre seasonal pastas,and they may be in league with the Anunnaki (3/8 expulsions came from those tirades), but they do have the best Bloody Mary in Hartford.
