The Mavis discount tire in West Berlin always provides excellent service. The employees at this location consistently provide excellent car care service. The prices are always reasonable and specifically **** should be commended for the customer ********************** that he provides.

Brought my car in for a patch needed on a tire. I knew my tread was not great and wouldnt last through this coming winter. I was told it would be best to just replace the tire instead of patching it. Very honest guys here! Will be coming back!

Mavis ********************** immediately took a flat tire I brought in and pressured it, found leak, plugged it, while I waited. Repair was perfect and I was out within 10 minutes. ******, store manager obviously focuses on customer **********************. I will continue to do my tire business at this store.

I dropped my ****** Highlander at Mavis Tire in ************ ** to purchase 4 brand new tires. Before replacing the tires Mavis tire called back to let me know that my front brakes shot and were metal to metal (dangerous if true) and needed to be replaced. They also told me my back shocks were blown out. I replied to just replace the tires and the next day I took my car to my mechanic to inspect the brakes and shocks. My mechanic inspected the car and told me that the front brakes and back shocks did not need to be replaced.... read more

I was at the Mavis Tires in **********, ** for an alignment. I arrived at 8:10 and was done by 10:30. During that time a was subjected to the staff constantly cursing, watching and listening to crude and rude language while laughing. The shop played curse filled music.The staff ay this Mavis should be reminded that they are not alone and that customers just might object to this type of noise.

Took my car for tire work, they asked to leave it overnight. Next day I find out my catalytic converter has been stolen while the car was on their property.They are asking me to contact my insurance to get this fixed for $2000!I asked them to use their commercial insurance as it happened on their property while they were in possession of the car.They have refused.Looking now for legal options here.
